There are four sections in the HRRE website related to real estate and economic news. Current RE News Today f0cuses on reports and commentary about what's happening now in local and national home sales.
The next section is Heather Ridge RE Market. It specifically covers Heather Ridge home sales, reports, narratives, and statistics. It is the nitty-gritty about Heather Ridge verses other markets, local or nationally.

The third section is General RE News talking about larger issues of real estate including China. It also includes changes in real estate practice brought about by the August 17, 2024 NAR settlement, including the new rules on brokerage fee disclosures.

Lastly, the fourth section, Economic Reports, reports on issues affecting real estate from mortgage rates to Treasury bond sales. From the Fed to federal spending. And the politics and policies affecting all levels of the economy including real estate.
